Szkolenie biblioteczne dla studentów I roku.
Szkolenie biblioteczne dla studentów I roku jest obowiązkowe zgodnie z Regulaminem Studiów Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego § 19. ust. 2, pkt. 2 i 3:
„2. Student ma obowiązek:
2. odbycia szkolenia bibliotecznego – w terminie i na zasadach określonych w Regulaminie udostępniania zbiorów Biblioteki UG;
3. rozliczenia się z Biblioteką UG i uzyskania potwierdzenia rozliczenia – po każdym roku studiów, najpóźniej do dnia 30 września.”
Kurs będzie dostępny od 4 października 2023 do 30 czerwca 2024 r.
Link do szkolenia bibliotecznego będzie dostępny po poprawnym zalogowaniu się na Portal Edukacyjny, w dziale Twoje kursy.
Studenci logują się na Portalu Edukacyjnym w następujący sposób:

Jeśli student nie ma dostępu do szkolenia bibliotecznego online, powinien skontaktować się z Sekcją Promocji: promocja_bug@ug.edu.pl lub zadzwonić tel. 58 523 32 14.
Library Training Course for the First Year Students
The library training for the first year students is obligatory, according to the Regulations for Studying at the University of Gdańsk, §19, Act 2, points 2 and 3:
”2. The Student is obliged to:
2. undergo the library training — at the time and according to the rules stated in the Circulation regulations at the Library of the University of Gdańsk;
3. settle their Library account and acquire the confirmation, annually — after each year of studying — till September 30, at the latest.”
The training course will be available from October 4, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
The link to the course will be available after a proper logging into Educational Portal, Your Courses section.
Students log into Educational Portal in the following way:
- In the field „Kim jesteś” - Who are you, please select the option UG Student/Student Erasmus
- Login: as in the Student’s Portal (album number)
- Password: as in the Student’s Portal
The library training consists of two parts: the training and the test which must be passed by the Student. Finalizing the training and passing the test activates the Student’s library account within 24 hours.
To pass the test, the Student is obliged to answer correctly 9 out of 13 randomly chosen questions.
